Nasha Mukt Yuva For Viskit Bharat – Pledge
The “Nasha Mukt Yuva For Viksit Bharat – Pledge” was successfully organized by the National Service Scheme (NSS) Team of KITS College with the active participation of 1,500 students and participants. The event aimed to create awareness among the youth about the harmful effects of drug and substance abuse and to encourage them to contribute towards building a healthy, responsible, and drug-free India. The programme witnessed the enthusiastic participation of students, faculty members, NSS volunteers, dignitaries, and higher officials. The dignitaries and officials addressed the gathering and shared valuable insights on the physical, mental, social, and academic consequences of substance abuse. They emphasized the importance of self-discipline, positive thinking, responsible decision-making, and active youth participation in creating a Nasha Mukt Bharat. As part of the programme, all participants took the Nasha Mukt Bharat pledge, committing themselves to staying away from drugs and motivating their families, friends, and communities to adopt a healthy and drug-free lifestyle. The inspiring messages delivered by the dignitaries and higher officials encouraged the students to become responsible ambassadors of the drug-free India campaign. The event was conducted successfully with 1,500 participants, creating a strong sense of unity and social responsibility among the youth. The programme served as an important platform for spreading awareness and reinforcing the collective commitment towards a drug-free youth and a developed, healthy, and prosperous Bharat.
