International Yoga Day
We, the NSS team of KITS (Guntur), are proud to have successfully organized the Yogandra Program on the occasion of International Yoga Day on 19th June 2026. The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of over 1000 students from our college, all coming together to celebrate the spirit of yoga and holistic well-being. As part of the International Yoga Day to ensure a high-quality learning experience, we invited certified yoga trainers from the Isha Foundation, Guntur, whose professionalism and deep knowledge of yoga practices deeply enriched the event. Their ability to create an engaging, inclusive, and impactful learning atmosphere left a lasting impression on all participants. Their guidance empowered students to connect with the practice meaningfully and adopt it as a regular part of their lives. During the concluding session, we emphasized that yoga should not be limited to one day of celebration, but rather become a daily practice that fosters a healthy lifestyle and mental resilience. "Your body can do it – it’s your mind you need to convince." We thank our management for their unwavering support and extend heartfelt appreciation to all NSS volunteers and participants for making this event a grand success.
